Shelly (Michelle) has been an incredible facilitator for my son and a true asset to any team working with children on the autism spectrum. Her ability to think outside the box and tailor her approach to each child’s unique needs sets her apart.

She brings not only a wealth of skill and insight but also a warm, bubbly personality that instantly puts children at ease. Her dedication, creativity, and natural connection with special needs kids make her a rare and invaluable presence. Shelly is more than just a tutor—she’s a gift to the children and families she supports.

I would strongly recommend her to any family and school that needs that extra support and help with their little ones

I don’t know what we would’ve done without Kirsten. My son was really struggling. Anxious, shutting down, not talking to anyone (especially me!). I felt completely lost.

Kirsten just connected with him in a way no one else could. He actually wanted to talk to her and felt safe opening up. She helped him understand his emotions, gave him practical ways to cope, and slowly I started to see him come back to himself.

Now he stands up for himself, and just seems so much happier. We finally feel like I can breathe again.

I’m beyond grateful for Kirsten. She truly changed things for us.

Mom of 16 year old

I met Kirsten after some painful experiences with other organizations where my son was misunderstood. I was honestly scared to trust anyone again.

I stumbled across Kirsten’s Instagram page and right away, I could tell she truly gets it I felt seen as a parent for the first time. She is called to do this and it’s very rare to find someone like this who has this passion and understanding of what we have been going through.

Working with her has been the most healing experience for both me and (my son). She doesn’t try to fix him, she celebrates who he is and helps him feel safe and joyful in his own way. I have come to understand him more, and i feel so much closer to him. Every session is fun, my child is not crying in sessions anymore. Thanks to Kirsten, he’s started talking more and doing things I never thought I’d see so soon. She also successfully potty trained him which was a very big mountain that I was scared to climb. I finally feel like I have a team who deeply understands both Floortime and the emotional journey of being an autism parent.

Kirsten was gentle but firm in helping me and my son. She brings a skill-set that I have not seen in any other professional since the start of this journey. I feel so thankful I met her.

I met Michelle through an Autism focused facility that engaged both my children with moderate autism. It was early days in Michelle’s career and over the past 4 years, I have watched her grow and develop into a confident very capable consultant to us as a family.

Although half my age in years, I often feel that she carries the wisdom and capacity way beyond my years. She has handled my frazzled days with absolute humility, empathy and understanding. She has endured my children’s worst days and celebrated their best days. She always reminds me how far we have come and how proud she is of their progress.

My children are older and I often feel we are ‘breaking new ground’. Michelle will take the current challenge, and navigate and collaborate her thoughts on our best

approach. Sometimes I come with my own research and desires, and she will always engage it and find alignment to help us make sense of situations.

My children have the same diagnosis but as everyone says, once you’ve met one autistic person, you’ve only ever met one … because each present so differently. This is very true in my case.

Michelle never backs down on her ability to cope with the diversity of my situation. As a mother who likes to remain in the ‘driver seat’, Michelle is my first person to approach with whichever challenge we face. She understands me raw, angry, frustrated and determined. She gets all these emotions and she handles it all with such care and professionalism. I look forward to watching her grow and add value and help other families the way we have ….

Truly blessed and thankful to have crossed paths
