CAREGIVER COACHING

EMPOWERING THE ADULTS WHO EMPOWER NEURODIVERGENT CHILDREN

FOR PARENTS

FOR AU-PAIRS, TEACHERS, FACILITATORS AND PROFESSIONALS

WHY CAREGIVER COACHING?

Supporting a neurodivergent child can feel overwhelming and isolating at times, but you don’t have to do it alone. The caregiver coaching packages are designed for adults seeking practical guidance and navigating interactions with neurodivergent children. Support is offered in the form of weekly 1:1 sessions where caregivers have the opportunity to freely communicate and share their experience with us and discuss practical support and strategies.

Our caregiver coaching sessions are designed to guide, empower, and equip you with the tools, strategies, and emotional support you need to feel confident and connected in your role.

Whether you’re a parent, au pair, facilitator, teacher, or family member, our coaching sessions are tailored to meet you exactly where you are – and help you show up for the child in your life in the most responsive and respectful way possible.

    FOR PARENTS AND FAMILIES

Parenting a neurodivergent child often requires learning new ways of seeing, listening, and responding. We understand the big emotions, the daily challenges, and the desire to help your child thrive while preserving their joy and authenticity.

Our parent coaching sessions help you:

Understand your child’s neurodevelopmental profile and sensory needs

Build co-regulation and connection strategies at home

    Support emotional regulation

Create predictable routines and visual supports

Reduce power struggles and reframe “challenging” behaviors as communication

FOR AU-PAIRS, FACILITATORS, TEACHERS AND SUPPORT ADULTS

If you are an au pair, facilitator,  teacher, assistant, or educator supporting a neurodivergent child, your role is powerful – but it can also be complex and demanding.

    Our coaching helps you:

Deepen understanding of neurodivergent communication and behavior

Learn to observe and respond in ways that honour a child’s autonomy and sensory profile

Build relationship-centered support strategies rather than compliance-based approaches

Use visuals, social stories, and predictability to reduce anxiety and support transitions

Increase confidence when handling meltdowns, shutdowns, or resistance
