Michelle is a dedicated neurodivergent support practitioner and co-founder of Neuro Nurture. With a strong academic foundation in Human Physiology, Genetics, Psychology, and an Honours degree in Neurophysiology focusing on Autism and ADHD, Michelle combines her deep scientific knowledge with personal experience and heartfelt passion.
Her approach integrates lived experience with professional certifications and extensive hands-on work, allowing her to provide holistic, flexible, and truly child-led interventions for children aged 2–18. Michelle is especially passionate about empowering children to communicate, advocating for their needs, and fostering environments where they feel safe & understood
Drawing on evidence-based models such as DIR Floortime®, ESDM, TEACCH, RDI, Social Skills Training, and AAC frameworks, Michelle supports both 1:1 and group-based programs tailored to diverse diagnoses and profiles, including Autism, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), ADHD, and Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD).
Beyond her work, Michelle brings strong skills in team leadership, mentorship, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She is equally passionate about empowering and guiding parents, helping them feel supported and equipped to nurture their child’s unique strengths and developmental journey.
Through her work at Neuro Nurture, Michelle is deeply committed to reshaping how neurodivergent children are supported, always prioritizing respect, connection, and a strengths-based approach.
