HYBRID APPROACH
EMPOWERING EACH CHILD WITH FOCUSED SUPPORT AND MEANINGFUL BELONGING
WHY A HYBRID APPROACH?
Every child’s journey is unique, and their support plan should be too. Our hybrid approach combines the strengths of 1:1 sessions with the rich, real-life practice of group settings – creating a powerful, flexible model that supports both deep individual growth and essential social connection.
This model is designed for children who benefit from intensive personalised support and opportunities to engage and generalise skills in a peer environment. Together, these experiences create a strong foundation for confidence, self-advocacy, and independence.
WHAT DOES OUR HYBRID MODEL INCLUDE?
In our hybrid program, children receive dedicated 1:1 sessions tailored to their individual goals – focusing on areas like communication, regulation, flexible thinking, executive functioning, and sensory processing.
Alongside this, they join small, thoughtfully curated group sessions that offer safe opportunities to:
Practice social interactions and cooperative play
Build classroom readiness and community skills
Experience connection and a sense of belonging
Develop adaptability and coping strategies
Strengthen emotional regulation in dynamic settings
Acceleration of skills built in 1:1 sessions
OUR PROCESS FOLLOWS THE SAME ROUTE AS THE 1:1 AND GROUP SESSIONS
Before starting, we guide each family through a thorough intake process:
A free 30-minute introductory meeting
A child observation session
Trial period within group setting
A parent feedback session
The individual sessions prepare children with foundational skills, while the group sessions allow them to explore and generalise these skills in a supportive, semi-structured environment.
